Refund and Cancellation Policy for Paid Virtual Trainings and Webinars

Applicability of Policy

This policy applies to non-customized trainings only. For customized trainings, please refer to your initial agreement.

Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at billing@sligolawgroup.com. Cancellations received at least five business days before the scheduled program date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received fewer than five business days before the program date may not be eligible for a refund.

Transfers to Another Session

When possible, registrants may request to transfer their enrollment to another upcoming session of the same program. Transfer requests must be submitted before the original session begins and are subject to availability.

Program Cancellation by Sligo Law Group

If Sligo Law Group must cancel a program, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible. Participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to a rescheduled program if one is offered.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Attendance and Completion Requirements

Some programs may include attendance or completion requirements in order to receive a certificate or other documentation. These requirements will be clearly communicated in advance. Program fees are not prorated for partial attendance.
