Jill Siegelbaum, a founding partner of Sligo Law Group, is a seasoned litigator with two decades of experience navigating the legal complexities of federal government operations, education law, and civil rights law. She regularly and successfully represents clients before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on a wide range of employment claims. She has extensive experience advising senior officials across multiple administrations on legal compliance and strategy in areas including contracts, grants, personnel, and statutory and regulatory compliance. Jill is widely recognized for her expertise in employment law, FOIA litigation, and administrative law, particularly in matters related to education law.

Jill also served as a judicial clerk for the Senior Judges at the D.C. Court of Appeals and as a litigation associate at Debevoise and Plimpton, LLP.
